Greg Costello, MD
Almost 25 years ago Greg Costello, MD came to the realization that people had very few choices when it came to conservative aesthetic treatments. It seemed that the only choice was to age, and then have surgery when things were no longer tolerable. He also realized that many people were not looking as much for change as they were for improvement in their appearance as well as their physical and mental well-being. With this in mind he dedicated himself to the practice of aesthetic medicine. His strong belief in restoring and enhancing a natural look is the cornerstone of his aesthetic medicine practice. The goal today remains the same as it has alway been, to treat patients who want conservative, natural looking changes to their appearance in order to delay or eliminate the need for more drastic interventions.
After completing his Masters degree in Microbiology from Fordham University, Dr. Costello graduated from Ponce School of Medicine, he then went on to complete his Residency through the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey / Seton Hall University Program. His unique combination of years of study and research in Microbiology, as well as years of training and experience in primary care and cosmetic procedures, has afforded him an extensive amount of medical skill combined with the artistry and proficiency required in aesthetic medicine. Greg Costello, MD is a Clinical Educator for the American Board of Aesthetic Medicine, where he teaches basic and advanced techniques in aesthetic medicine to physicians from the United States and all over the world. He has been a member of The American Society of Laser Medicine, The American College of Phlebology, The Medical Spa Association, as well as being recognized as one of America’s Top Family Doctors.
Kathleen Staunton, NP
Kathleen brings over 20 years of comprehensive healthcare expertise to the Wellness at Ridgewood. As a board certified Nurse Practitioner, she combines deep medical knowledge with a holistic approach to wellness, treating each patient as a unique individual deserving of personalized care. Her extensive background in complex medical decision making and internal medicine provides a strong foundation for understanding the intricate connections between internal health and external wellness. This comprehensive medical expertise ensures that all treatments are approached with both safety and efficacy in mind.
A significant focus of Kathleen’s has been her extensive experience in hormone replacement therapy. She understands the complex interplay of hormonal health and its impact on overall wellbeing, offering customized HRT solutions that help patients restore balance, vitality and quality of life Her expertise in this area allows her to effectively address common symptoms of hormonal imbalance, from mood changes and sleep pattern disruption, to physical manifestations. Her dedication to helping women feel their best has naturally evolved to include aesthetic services, including certified expertise in Botox treatments. She takes pride in helping patients enhance their natural beauty while addressing underlying health concerns.

After graduating from Sacred Heart University with a degree in Business Management, Cami discovered her true passion was in the beauty industry. Wanting to combine her business background with her love for skincare and wellness, she decided to pursue a new path and enrolled at the Christine Valmy International School of Esthetics in Manhattan. There, she received top-tier training in skincare, facials, and overall esthetic practices. Today, Cami blends her knowledge of business and beauty to create a professional, welcoming experience focused on helping clients feel confident and cared for in their own skin.
